as i slowly put the finishing touches to my last lab report of my college career, i’ve learned it’s easier to write a lab report where something in the procedure goes wrong and gives no results instead of having correct results and explaining it.  on my last lab, i my lab partners messed up twice:  1. the wrong buffer solution was added to my membrane  2. my TA accidently cut into my membrane where I loaded my proteins (ok, this one is Mak’s fault, not my lab partners)  but in the end, life doesn’t let me take short cuts so of course my membrane is the only membrane in the whole lab that gets the best results. you are looking at BSA10, BSA2 & BSA1. if only these bands did not show up my lab reposrt would have already been done.
